At 37, after traveling the world, I discovered the fascinating world of hospitality. Very quickly, I realized that I could contribute to elevating this sector in Morocco, and more specifically in Marrakech.
I began modestly, managing a few rooms in a riad and then apartments in the heart of the city. Step by step, I moved into the high-end accommodation market, developing villas with swimming pools — first one, then another, and eventually building a collection of ten properties.
To support this growth, I assembled a team of passionate men and women. What started as a small venture soon expanded and opened new horizons, including opportunities in other cities such as Rabat, Agadir, and Tiznit.
Of course, the journey was not without its challenges: doubts, uncertainties, and difficulties. But I turned them into opportunities by building strong partnerships with friends and entrepreneurs who shared the same vision. This network of collaboration made possible what once seemed unimaginable.
