2. Definitions
“Guest” or “Client”: Any individual or entity booking through Lina Stay.
“Accommodations”: Villas, apartments, or Berber tents listed on our platform.
“Experiences”: Activities, tours, excursions, transfers, and events offered through Lina Stay.
“Booking”: A confirmed reservation made through Lina Stay.
“Third-Party Providers”: Partners and service providers working with Lina Stay.
3. Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years old;
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
Will use our Services in accordance with these Terms;
Will provide accurate, current, and complete information during booking.
4. Scope of Services
Lina Stay provides an online platform to:
Browse and book accommodations (villas, apartments, Berber tents);
Book activities, tours, excursions, transfers, and events;
Access customer support and travel assistance.
Although we curate and verify all listings, third-party providers deliver certain services. Lina Stay acts as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for the independent actions of third parties beyond our reasonable control.
5. Booking Process
All bookings must be made through our official website or directly with our team.
Guests must provide accurate personal and payment details.
A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
By confirming a booking, you agree to abide by the terms stated in the listing and in these terms.
6. Pricing and Payments
Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and may also be shown in other currencies for convenience.
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment options include credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and other accepted methods listed at checkout.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The balance is payable according to the terms stated at the time of booking.
All payments must be made securely through approved payment gateways. Lina Stay does not store credit card information.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Guest Cancellations:
Free cancellation may be available up to a specified period (e.g., 72 hours before arrival).
After this period, a partial or no refund may apply depending on the property or service booked.
Provider Cancellations:
If Lina Stay or a provider cancels, guests will be offered an alternative service of equal value or a full refund.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
The guest bears any transaction fees or exchange rate differences.
8. Modifications
Guests may request booking modifications (dates, number of guests, services). Changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges. Lina Stay reserves the right to decline modification requests if not feasible.
9. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
Respect local laws, customs, and property rules during their stay or activity;
Provide accurate personal details when booking;
Ensure all participants are fit for the chosen activities (e.g., health and safety requirements);
Cover costs for damages caused intentionally or through negligence.
10. Check-in/Check-out for Accommodations
Standard check-in and check-out times are stated in each listing.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to fees.
Guests must leave accommodations in satisfactory condition and return keys or access devices as instructed.
11. Transfers and Transportation
Transfer services include airport pickups, city transfers, and excursions.
Guests must provide accurate arrival/departure details.
Lina Stay is not liable for missed transfers caused by incorrect details or delays outside our control.
12. Events and Group Bookings
For weddings, anniversaries, yoga retreats, graduation parties, and other events:
Custom terms (payment schedules, cancellation policies, security deposits) may apply.
Guests must comply with venue rules, including noise restrictions, capacity limits, and health/safety regulations.
13. Travel Documents and Insurance
Guests are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and travel documents required for entry into Morocco.
Lina Stay strongly recommends that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations, health emergencies, and accidents.
14. Liability
Lina Stay acts as an intermediary for certain services. Although we guarantee quality, we cannot bear responsibility for any delays, accidents, loss, or damages resulting from third-party providers.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.
Lina Stay is not liable for force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, etc.) that may affect bookings.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, images, text, and graphics) is the property of Lina Stay or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Guests may not copy, distribute, or use content without prior written consent.
16. Privacy Policy
Personal data collected during bookings is used solely for the purpose of delivering services.
Lina Stay complies with applicable data protection laws and does not sell guest data to third parties.

17. Prohibited Conduct
